My little brother, Taylor, graduated from the Los Angeles Police Academy on Friday morning. Congratulations Bugs!!! It was a nice ceremony. They held it outside, all the chairs were taken when we arrived but sitting on the grass ended up being great. Now he's off to start his career and his first assignment is in a jail! Scary if you ask me, but he's excited about it. I was able to leave the girls at home with a babysitter and take Luke with me. He really liked seeing Taylor's police badge, but his favorite part was sitting on the real police motorcycle in the museum to.

What in the world does Luke have in his backpack? How long has Taylor been bald? Very surprising. I'm glad you could be there to support him. Was Maggie there too?
of course maggie was there and jen's family too. taylor's been bald for the last um 18 weeks or so (since he started the police academy). The backpack was filled with things to keep luke busy during the graduation: sustenance, action figures, flash cards, paper, pencil, colored pencils, cars, starwars figurines, and a few other random trinkets.
Thanks for posting those pictures Millie! Ephraim will be excited to see them. I have always wondered what a police academy graduation is like? I bet it was cool? Wish we could come back over there...The beach is calling my name.....
Owen is going to be jealous of Lucas on the motorcycle.
Thanks for keeping us updated on the Bugster. I can hardly believe it. I have to keep looking at the picture to make sure its the same person. I agree...the bald business has to go! With ALL the boys I might add!!!
