Vacation Time!!

Tomorrow I leave for 2 weeks in Italia!!  I'm super super excited to be going, but most of all I'm excited to be meeting Trent there!  It seems like such a long time since I've seen him, I can hardly wait!!  I've been busy getting ready for the trip and counting down the days.

get kids activities and carpools settled.....check
get kids laundry done.....check
get my own laundry done.....check
pick out outfits to take...check
drop off and pick up dry cleaning.....check
get pants hemmed.....check
get a cute pair of boots.....check, check
get adapters for electronics....check
get my legs waxed.....check
get my hair done.....check
get a pedicure.....check
get a manicure.....check
get snacks for the airplane.....check
get reading materials for the plane.....check
juice up my phone & ipod.....check
pack suitcase.....check
charge up camera batteries.....check
pack camera & extra lenses.....check
give the kids extra hugs & kisses.....check
don't forget passport.....check, check

Trent sent me a teaser photo of our first hotel!!  It looks like heaven!  He's in charge of this trip, so he's been planning away!  It's so nice that he's doing all of the legwork, makes it feel really romantic!  I can't wait to eat myself into oblivion, see a lot of beautiful architecture, visit museums, hold hands and kiss my sweetheart.  I don't think it gets any better than this.  I feel like I'm getting married all over again and going on a honeymoon!  It's been so much fun anticipating this trip!  I'll share our adventure through pictures too....lots and lots of pictures!!  Hopefully I'll be able to sleep tonight...we'll see
