Shadow Shot Sunday #2


I forgot about doing a shadow shot last weekend; so I put a post it note on my computer screen to remind myself all this past week not to forget this weekend.  It's going to take a while for this to become a habit for me!!

This is a picture of an ankole.  I took it a while back during a trip to San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park.  I love that the ox is shrouded in shadow, which intrigues me.  I also think the tree stump with all it's nooks and crannies is fabulous!

Wow! That's quite a set of horns he's got there!! I think being in shadow makes him look quite mysterious (if not ominous!).
