Lindsey & Tiffany Lees

When I was a small girl, maybe 2nd or 3rd grade...the actual beginning is hazy to me, I became friends with two sisters named Lindsey & Tiffany Lees.  The rest is history...we were childhood bff's!  Many of my most treasured childhood memories or moments of mischief include them.
  • like eating lunch at the ice cream/burger joint on the way to Sandy beach
  • like the time Putzer chased us from putting green to putting green on the golf course in his 4 wheeler.
  • the "holy shoes"
  • fashion shows
  • riding our bikes all over tar-nation
  • sleep overs (I pretty much lived at their place over the summer)
  • breakfast laid out on the table with OJ and Flintstones vitamins
  • eating ice out of the ice machine in the basement of the club house
  • learning to play golf
  • bartles beach
  • sandy beach
  • John's boat...speedy gonzales
I could go on and on!  However, we grew up and contact has been sparse since high school.  Recently we reunited on facebook and I was just able to see them both in Fort Atkinson!  It was just like old times.  It was one of those moments that you're unsure of and I remember feeling suddenly nervous as I knocked on the door of Tiffany's home.  But, thankfully as soon as the door opened and I saw them it was immediately comfortable.  Like a line drawn between us had been reconnected!  Their was absolutely no awkwardness!  I love friendships like this!!

Here's to many more reunions!  And here's to us all grown up with children of our own...who I will never share 1/2 the naughty stuff we said and did when we were little with!!!
