The guys went shooting for a few hours New Years Eve Day,

They even made a little room on the couch for Carley.
She sat really still...as long as Trent kept her supplied with cookies!

Trent & Josh went duck hunting one morning during our visit.
My jury is still out in the hunting department. These ducks were so beautiful.
They shot a mallard and a golden eye. The golden eye's head was pretty.
It was really iridescent in color. In the light it looked purple from one direction, black from another direction and emerald green from yet another direction.
It had some fierce teeth too.
I mean check those puppies out!
It looks like it could take out your finger for sure.
