Day 2 and we were up and running! We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the hotel. The kids all ate their fill so we knew it was going to be a good day. We walked down to the water front in search of the botanical garden. The garden surrounds 3 or 4 large swimming pools. It's like a little oasis in the city and it was completely empty today. We enjoyed having the place to ourselves and let the kids run!
By lunch time they were famished and when they caught sight of these babies their was no telling them no. Unfortunately we arrived and it was closed. We had to wait about 10 minutes before they opened! The kids were hungry, like ravenous beasts. They all ate good and played on the toys, all was well!
After lunch, we meandered our way through town. Went into a few shops, ate ice cream and headed back to the beach in search of the ancient arc we missed yesterday.
