Yesterday the kids were playing outside with water and Luke decided to filled a giant bowl up with water for Carley to play in. She absolutely loved it! She had so much fun splashing and sloshing! Luke had to fill up the bowl at least 3 times. She even tried to pick it up at one point.
Public Notice: This could be incriminating evidence in a few years. Luke wanted to have long hair really bad, like a surfer. So we've been trying to indulge him and haven't cut it since he got out of school. This is what he looks like now, a shaggy mess. We really need to cut around his neck and ears to give it some shape, but we just haven't and now he's looking a little scary. He loves it though. He likes to do it up in mohawk fashion...except his is unique because it's not vertical on his head it's horizontal!!! I'll try to take a better pic next time he styles it!

I think Luke's hair is super stylin! I bet if the surfers could spy him on the beach while they're up on their boards at the crest of a giant wave, they'd wipe out big time. They be like, "I need to get me that dudes hairstylists number, dude!"
I actually didn't even recognize Luke in the first picture! I had to go back and make a 2nd pass after looking at the other photos. I've never seen him with ANY HAIR, say nothing about ALL THAT HAIR! Wow! He's a cowlick-loving guy! Please... take him to a regular stylist, don't try to tackle that at home!

That is so awesome! I wish so bad my boys would grow out their hair! Ephraim keeps shaving his hair off, and has recently shaved Harry and Owen. Sad for us. Good for Luke!
I cannot believe how big your kids have gotten! Holy cow!! I'm lovin' Luke's hair. Can't wait to see the horizontal mohawk. ;)
Umm if I remember, Luke has always wanted long hair. Maybe that is why he had a bit of a temper whenever you brought him for a h/c.
